Experimenting with Hairstyles and Curling Irons

I love experimenting with my hair and I try not to wear the same hair style more than once in a week.  That means a lot of flat ironing, curling, braiding and pinning!  But I love the creativity that comes with the experimentation.  It is the little “me” time I allow myself in the morning.  With all my styling I have to be extra careful about what kind of tools and products I use.  I do not want to risk frying my hair.  That would put an end to my creative time!  Ceramic curling irons and flat irons are the only kind of irons I let touch my hair.  One of my favorite ways to do my hair is to use my 1/2″ ceramic curling iron and create tendrils that fall around my face.  I know it is a little “prom-ish” but that style makes me feel so pretty.  Oh!  I also make sure to use a thermal protectant spray before I let a curling iron touch my hair.  It’s just good practice to keep my hair looking healthy and fun to play with.
